WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome customers and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Answer phone calls, assist with inquiries, and help schedule appointments.
• Support front-office operations and communication with the automotive service team.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools to complete administrative tasks.
• Help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Confidence using computers and technology.
• Dependability, organization, and a positive attitude.
• Previous receptionist or automotive experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is welcome!
